Even with the very best of intentions, it's not easy to review a block of resin that only measures an inch across! What can be said is that these small tents from Baueda are very nicely done indeed. Despite their small size, each tent is very convincing. The detail is neat and crisp, with all the tucks and folds in all the right places. There are certainly no casting defects to be found on any of the pieces. My only small gripe is that the base of one of the models has been sanded a little too heavily along one edge with the result that the tent now leans to one side.
The bottom line is that these castings are very pleasing to the eye. To my mind the sculptor has captured the flavour of the original dwellings, an effect that will be further enhanced with careful painting.
If you're into 15mm wargames, these tents are perfect.
