Laughably simple - but very useful!

Who would have thought it? After years of perfecting the manufacturing processes for resin casting and etched brass, one of the most popular mediums in the industry remains no more hi-tech than good old-fashioned paper. So called "paper products" are everywhere at the moment and Verlinden Productions were one of the first companies to recognise their potential. Their sheet of WWII Newspapers and Posters is laughably simple - but also very useful. It consists of nothing more than single page of semi-glossy paper on which are printed approximately 30 different wartime images. These include period full-colour posters, newspapers and official notices. There are also a selection of portraits of famous figures from the time - featuring Adolf Hitler, Churchill, Adolf Hitler, Hermann Göring and Adolf Hitler.
Although even the largest poster is no more than 5cm tall, the entire sheet is printed in very high definition that ensures a high level of detail throughout.
I can appreciate that many people would begrudge spending £3.40 ($5US) on a "sheet of paper" - but you get what you pay for. The alternative would be to source the images your self, copy and scale them - and then churn out each image through a suitably high-resolution printer. Before expending so much time and effort, however, you may as well chuck VP a few quid and get the job done properly!
