From Design Preservation Models (# 405). DPM (http://www.dpmkits.com) produces N, HO, and O scale buildings and modular systems.
The HO scale Coal Valley kit has buildings made of injection-molded plastic with hydrocal bases and many white metal accessories (covering multiple time periods). Also included are dry transfer decals, color posters (multiple time periods) and a choice of depot name signs.
The detail on all parts is excellent. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow. The plastic pieces fit together well with very little trimming. The white metal parts required considerable filing and sanding but I'm assuming this is normal.
The finished model (picture #2) is for the late 1800s (no electrical fixtures, etc.).
