Styrene sheet is found alongside the other modelling materials at good general modelling suppliers. Easily cut by scoring with a craft knife, it can be bonded using polystyrene cement to styrene models to add details or used to scratch build entire models.






Styrene sheet is available in a range of thicknesses and with textured finishes to represent wood, tile, sheet metal etc.

Sheet sizes are usually A4, although larger sheets can be obtained by mail order quite easily for larger projects.

The thinner sheets can be formed into curved surfaces around a framework and cut with ordinary scissors.
